As this is a new platform, and we have had to migrate 3 older platforms there will be some teething issues.  But don't panic.  Nothing is lost, and everything was backed up before the migration.

So if you are having problems logging in, or don't have access to the correct courses or are no longer able to edit a course which you had access to previously, then please email the support desk of the platform supplier.  Our supplier has agreed to provide support during our initial launch to solve any issues.  Issues will be resolved within 4 - 24 hours (weekday). And 24 - 48 hours (weekend).
